If yes, all copies of any custody/legal paperwork need to be provided to the LCNS office prior to child's first day of school. Additionally, any revised copies of such paperwork shall also be provided to the LCNS office promptly. Thank you!
Child and Class Information
Please complete the following information for each child that you are registering. Please note that there is a $60.00 non-refundable registration fee PER CHILD. To add additional children, simply click on the link labeled "Click here to add another child ($60.00)" and enter that child's information and class preferences. Beginning June 1, 2024 the registration fee will increase to $75.00 per child.
Class Assignments are based on the Child's age as of September 1st of the enrolled school year.
* To enroll in the 2's program children must be 2 years and 7 months old prior to September 1st.
* To enroll in our 3's program children must be age 3 prior to September 1st. Children must be potty trained and able to independently use the restroom.
* To enroll in our 4's program children must be age 4 prior to September 1st. Children must be potty trained and able to independently use the restroom.
* To enroll in our 5 year old program, children must be age 5 prior to September 1st. Children must be potty trained and able to independently use the restroom.
Child 2 Class and Information
LCNS agrees to provide qualified staff and facilities consistent with our policies for the care and education of your child(ren). I agree to enroll my child(ren) into the Nursery School program at Linglestown Life: A United Methodist Church. *If you have multiple children, please check all of the boxes that apply.*
Sibling discount ($10.00 per month per sibling; for the younger/second sibling - or $90/year) will be applied to tuition installments if applicable.
I understand that the first NON-REFUNDABLE tuition installment is due on or before July 15th. Failure to make this payment by July 15th will result in the loss of your child's class assignment for the 2024-2025 school year.
